Playing on Polyvore x3

Polyyore is a virtual coordinating site thats a lot of fun to play on! You can take clothes from any website and put them all together to make any kind of coordinate there. It's so much fun to spend evenings on, putting all your favorite clothes together x3

Since I decided to play with polyvore this afternoon, I ended up making this set!

"I'm Dreaming of a Pink! Christmas~ ♪"

I'm Dreaming of a Pink Christmas ~ ♪

A cute look I would wear to a holiday party, out anywhere, or even to school! Maybe I can own such beautiful clothes sometime soon~

There are some people who are really great at polyvore, who can find the perfect pictures and whatnots to make the coordinate look so much cuter! i'm not very good at arranging things yet, but with practice I'll get better, I'm sure xD

Do you guys ever play on polyvore? What are some of your favorite looks you've created? Tell me!

Thanks for looking~ ♥!

Today, I'm going to Miami, Florida to see my grandma over thanksgiving break, so I'm dressed to stay warm and cool at the same time while I'm in the car xD Also, all I've done on the internet today was look at all the fairy-kei images I possibly could, and with that, this outfit was born~

On an otherwise dull day,

It's always a great idea to create! Because I was at home all day, I decided to make some cookies.

Nothing too special, I actually just used a sugar cookie mix from the dollar store xD. They came out really yummy though!

I put cinnamon, cinnamon toast crunch cereal pieces, and chocolate sauce on top :3 It makes them at least 1,000,000,000 times yummier! xD

My tiny Closet

Hello!
A recent "Show your closet" thread on egl got me to take pictures on my lolita closet.

Compared to everyone else's, I have nothing xD I've been in lolita for two years now, and have managed to survive pretty well on 9-10 items somehow. Probably because of my accessories and how I use my "normal" clothes in lolita.

and thats it. (sorry for the weirrrd editing, I haven't painted my closet yet haha)
First two jumperskirts are from bodyline, first two blouses are offbrand, little bustier is also offbrand (I love that thing!) and the pink blouse is bodyline. First three skirts are handmade( the third one is hiding, but you can see the waistband up there!), and then bodylines carousel skirt, and at the end there is my DDH replica.
Thats all I've got after two years, but I would like to think I've managed some awesome coordinates with just that :3
(Check some of them out at my newly created flikr!)

And there are all my accessories and bows, except for two bows which I was wearing at the time I took the picture. I loved having all of my bows and other pretty things strewn out like that. There's also a cute collage I made underneath everything ;3;

What are you guys closets like? I wanna see them! I love looking at closets :D

Thank you for taking as look~

November Nails

Hello to everyone!

So I'd just like to say this now: I LOVE doing nail art! It's so much fun, and a great way to relax. I, however, really dislike the idea of wearing fake nails or acrylic tips or anything, because I work pretty hard to get and keep my natural nails long. But thats only a personal preference :).
For November, I painted my nails in a sparkly gradient, going from blue (tips) to pink. I'm pretty proud of them, since I love gradients, and they're probably the most 3D I've ever had my nails.

What do you think? Are any of you guys interested in nail art? I love to theme my nails to the season or special events during the month. These nails remind me a lot of winter, even though its still fall (cold enough to be winter here, most of the time anyways). Do you guys ever do your nails elaborately? Tell me :D

Outfit shot~

I didn't wear full out lolita to school today (even though I do sometimes), but I thought it would be a great chance to show off my more casual style!

I like to use my lolita items in my casual dress, and so pretty much everything that I wear is "interesting".

This was todays outfit for school :)

(sorry for slightly blurry photo and all the sparkles and stuff xD New brushes beg to be useddd~!)

Rundown~:
Sweater - thrifted
Skirt- Bodyline
Socks - offbrand
Bag - Bodyline
Acessories - Mintymix, Alice Doll, and Bodyline.

Thank you for looking~!

Wishlist: Shoes (Can you tell I like pink shoes? xD)

Shoes! I really love lolita shoes, even though I only own RHS right now (two pairs from double decker in pink and white!). Ever since I was three years old (or somewhere around there) I have been drawing and loving rounded toed, pink, cute, clunky shoes. I probably won't be buying anytime soon, unfortunately, but I love to keep wishlists and visuals around to remind me of my goals and wants, so heres some loli shoe eye-candy!

First off, with winter coming around, I've been looking at boots. My absolute favorites aree~

These! I don't quite know the name of them, but I have been eyeing them ever since I can remember. To purchase them from clobba is about $77 without shipping, so they're not that bad! Maybe next year, though :P.

Next are some gorgeous "boots" from BTSSB
I've always really liked the effects of boots like these, they just look so "dolly"and cute. It seems like the perfect pair for autumy/wintery coords, especially if you want sweet elegance!

And here are some cute BTSSB booties :3
I adore these for everyday wear, as well as lolita. I think I may need some eventually. Even though I'm not looking forward to buying brand shoes. For the price I would have to pay, and how easily I scuff shoes...yikes. Maybe replicas will come...

I wear heels/platforms every day. Not very high, no more than 3" at most (and its mostly so I don't feel silly on my tiptoes opening my locker;;;) So of course, Loli ones are needed. Some of the ones I've been eyeing recently are below~

First off, A pair of bodyline heels.

I kind of love these shoes xD. They are probably the only bodyline shoes that I like at the moment because I can totally see myself wearing these every single day if I needed too. They are so cute and go with pretty much everything I own! Sadly, they're sold out in the color and size I want them in ;^;.

I don't know what these are called (I've always though of them as high heeled tea parties :P) but, I've wanted them ever since seeing them in a GLB. So cute!

These wedge platforms. I adore them;; I hope I can get them sometime soon!

I also really like the cute scalloping details and the lace up possibilities with them :).

Last, but certainly not least, the so-called essential shoes for any modern day sweet lolita, Tea Parties

Even though I'm not so used to flats anymore, and I may have to stand on my tip toes to reach my locker, I actually have a pair of Secret Shop pink tea parties coming to me! I'm really excited about finally receiving a pair. Coordinating with them will be fun, and if I end up liking the way they look on me, I can hopefully start to collect all the colors! I already want mint, blue, and lavandar ones x3

So, tell me! What loli shoes do you guys own? Are there any you're coveting or looking forward to in the mail soon?

Thanks for taking a look!

Introduction to Millions of Bows~

Hello and welcome to my blog, Millions of Bows! For the most part, I'm intending for this to be more of a personal blog, where I write about my own experiences and cater to myself, as far as the things I'd like to read about, Though I may have some other helpful content included as well :). The main focus of Millions of Bows will revolve around my own "Lolita Lifestyle", and I may even feature some tutorials or write about things that excite me in the loli world.

To give a general idea of who I am, I'm a 15 year old girl who has been in the lolita scene for about two years now, even though my closet doesn't show it xD. Being a younger lolita who doesn't receive any money (yet! I'm thinking about starting to sell some decoden goods for lolita money!), I will probably focus on ways for younger lolitas to obtain, well, lolita! I do consider myself a Lifestyle Lolita, even though I do NOT dress lolita everyday (Because at 5:30 in the morning, who realllly wants to go trough all that layering? Not me!) I find myself always wanting to be surrounded by cute and lovely things, and enjoying things a lot more when I am. I listen to Japanese electro-pop music, like Capsule, Perfume, Aira Mitsuki, and Marino, and love happy sunny days where anything is possible. I belong to the Atlanta Lolita community and love EVERYONE in it! It's such a wonderful family of lolitas and friends that I feel so lucky to have! I will also try to update about our meetups and hangouts and what nots :) .Hopefully, you'll stick around and read on, and this blog will become something I'm proud of ^^.

Thanks for reading, and have a wonderful day!
